365 Days of Poetry: Day Two-Hundred and Nine

white flowers and corn

white flowers and corn

early morning.
too much to do.
work to make.
a better you.
time to meditate.
build a soul.
hard for a ginger.
to feel whole.
embrace the touch.
embrace the fun.
thing about life.
is trials are.
not quite done.
fields of cotton.
dotted white.
remove my spite.
renew my sight.

a prayer.
