365 Days of Poetry: Day One-Hundred and Ninety-Six

Inspired by a lyric prompt @waytoofantasy.

fear is the mindkiller.
pushing in again.
everything I used to be.
making no amends.
feeling like I’m not enough.
breaking all I love.
pulling out the little things.
spitballs on the ceiling fan.
dropping down to bleed.
can I make it back from this?
can I snap the chain?
now I have something to lose.
with the fear flowing out behind you.
