365 Days of Poetry: Day Six

One more and I am caught up…for about twenty minutes.

nobody’s fault but mine
the days of dissolution
and sloth.

blame the man, the rain, the pain
but really
it’s me.

my fear
my tears
my past
my ghasts-

my kid.

Nobody’s fault but mine.
